Made to Order items are not currently in my inventory. Once I receive your order, please allow 2-4 weeks for creation and processing, depending on my current workload. You will receive tracking info when the package has shipped. If you have questions about the timeline, please send me an email.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Please contact me prior to placing your order if you like to add insurance to your package.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final with no refunds but please contact me if you have any concerns about your finished piece.
If your glass arrives damaged, please take detailed pictures of the piece as well as the packaging. You will need to file a claim directly with the carrier but I am happy to assist with that process if needed.
